Investment Focus

01

We target income-producing assets with existing cash flows, prioritizing off-market acquisitions of long-held, legacy-owned properties in infill locations with constrained supply.

02

We seek value-add opportunities where capital improvements and property upgrades can significantly increase cash flows, stabilize and optimize asset performance and offer attractive disposition potential when timing is favorable.

03

We pursue investment and development opportunities with ample land acreage offering future uses, densification, and redevelopment optionality.

04

We utilize all-equity investment capitalization, with deal sizes ranging from $4M to $12M, allowing for sub-institutional acquisition entry points.
